What is AMA@HOME?
​
A structured programme teaching a mix of striking, self defence, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling and more.
​
Small group lessons taught over zoom, during sign up we will ask for preferred times for your class.
​
You will be able to continue training with our discounted 121's, more advanced classes, as well as any beginners classes.
​
What makes AMA@HOME different?
​
Each class will be limited to 10 participants via zoom with all equipment provided for you.
​
Don't worry if you missed a class, we will be recording short instructional videos to allow you to catch up.
​
You will also get access to our members only Facebook group to ask any questions and share tips at any time.

What is the cost for AMA@Home?
​
A Initial Joining fee of £25 upfront payment and £20 per month for up to 3 sessions per week.
​
You will be also entitled to discounted 121 sessions with the team at £20 per hour.
​
Low income discount may apply.
